- Printing: To set up your laptop for printing in the Franklin Hall classrooms, visit the Printing Setup Page
- Wireless: To connect your laptop to the Flashzone WPA wireless network (recommended), visit http://flashzone.kent.edu. The Flashzone website will lead you through the setup process.
Kent State University Helpdesk
The Kent State University Helpdesk is avaliable to all KSU students, staff and faculty for issues relating to University-wide systems, such as:

Tech Spot @ ResNet

JMC TechHelp
JMC TechHelp is the office concerned with technology owned by the School of Journalism, Student Media, and the CCI Dean's Office. We address the issues of faculty, staff, and student staff, as well as all hardware owned by CCI.
